Lierte Soares Junior – New England Triad – liertejunior@bol.com.br
Prayers:
  • Pray for our family and church members dealing with the impact of COVID-19.
  • For guidance for us as we use the internet as a tool to disciple & reach people.
  • For the finances in both churches.
Important Dates:
  • May 10 – We are having 2 Drive-In Worship Experiences for Mother’s Day
God Story:
  • One Sunday as I preached through Facebook, I had asked people to send pictures of their family watching our online service. I was very surprised when I received a picture of a very influential family from our Vermont community.  I was very glad they were online with us experiencing Jesus and His Message.  The church building is closed however the church is now in every home through technology.  We have more people connecting with us through our online services because of the COVID-19 crisis than ever before.  It isn’t an easy thing we are facing nowadays, but the church is currently more effective in its mission.

    • An Update to this prayer request. Sharon has gone to be with the Lord.  Please pray for Carolyn and Suresh’s extended family as they prepare for a funeral which many will not be able to attend.
  • Praising and thanking the Lord for His protection and safety in this pandemic.
  • Rajesh has gone to be with the Lord. Comfort and Salvation to his family.
  • For God’s protection to all the families of IUF that they may be rooted and grounded in faith in this COVID-19 situation.
Brenda Bagwell – Piedmont Women’s Center , Greenville SC – brenda@piedmontwomenscenter.org
Prayers:
  • Pray for our staff’s safety and endurance as we serve during this difficult time.
  • For our clients, who are scared & unsure, to feel the peace of God.
  • For God’s love to be shown to our clients through words & acti
    ons.
Important Dates:
God Story:
  • Due to COVID-19, we have had to change our services and include phone sessions with our clients. This past month, one of our staff members called a client before coming in for a pregnancy test. While talking on the phone, the client accepted Jesus into her heart and asked for us to pray with her when she came into the clinic for her appointment. Even though phone sessions are more difficult in terms of counseling, the Holy Spirit still moved and revealed Himself to her via the phone! “I love how kind and friendly everyone is. I would love to continue to have texts or phone calls. This is the best place to come to.”

Holli Baker – Serving in Asia – holli@campustarget.org
Prayers:
  • We are grateful that Ryan’s dad is back home from the hospital after having COVID-19. He is still recovering.
  • Please pray for our family as we seek wisdom on our next steps as we wait for our country to open back up. Pray for us as we study Chinese. We miss our home and are so ready to get back!
God Story:
  • We have been in the states now for over a month. We are continuing to study Chinese and intercede with our team that is currently in Asia. Since Easter there have been well over 10 salvations. The hearts of those in Asia are wide open to the Good News. We wish we were on the ground with them, but it’s an honor to be able to partner with them through prayer.
