Overcomer Mentor Training

The next Overcomer Mentor Training will be Saturday, September 29, 2018 from 7:30am – 12:00pm at the Overcomer’s Center on 1916 N. Pleasantburg Drive.   Mentor Training is required at least once for those who are mentoring or plan to mentor an Overcomer.  The training is also an opportunity for those who might be considering mentoring and just want to know more before making a decision.  There is not only instruction but also great discussion with those with firsthand experience who have been mentors. …

Senior Adult Luncheon

Our Senior Adults meet at 11:45am on the first Tuesday of each month.  We begin every meeting with a devotion and prayer.  These devotions help us to focus on our relationship with God. We have a prayer at each meeting for the sick and for the nursing home patients and shut-ins.  Also, we celebrate the birthdays and anniversaries of our members.  Special birthdays are celebrated for 80th and 90th birthdays with a special poem being written by two of our…

Frank Turek Apologetics Session

Rocky Creek will be taking a group from the church to hear Frank Turek speak at Spartanburg Methodist College. Thursday Ladies Bible Study – Discerning the Voice of God
